Well I was jsut diagnosed in December with Ulcerative Colitis, had two steriod treatments, and my body still isnt back to normal yet. Any tips on regulating your body while in remission?

Hey i have had UC for about 2 years and i have had good and bad days i am pretty sure you all know what that is like ..... well i am on Meds for it and have had a couple remissions so there is another plus but before all of this had Leukemia at the age of 17 1/2 - 18 roughly 2 months and it sucks but here i am at 20 fighting with UC but with My God , Family , Friends support i know i can get through it and now this Site Thank you so much

I had UC and had a complete colectomy in September then the last inch or so of my rectum removed in December after it became horribly inflamed with UC as well. So glad to find this site!
