Digestive Health Specialists is the way to go if you are in Tyler, Texas and the surrounding East Texas area. They have a support group that meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7pm. If you are looking for a doc in the Central/East Texas area, I would highly recommend Digestive Health Specialists. I've never been so understood or had so many pieces of my puzzle put together as with this team.

U of Chicago has some great GI docs, and Mayo Clinic has GI's who solely see patients with Crohn's Disease.
